Committee Chairs

Standing Committees and Chairs: 

Your standing committees are a great way to actively help support your student in the band program and have some fun while you are at it! All Chairs of standing committees are at large members of the Wolfpack Pride!

Chaperones: Amy Curtis

Provide safety and supervision at camps, practices, games, competitions, bus rides, LGPE, and other band events. Duties include: basic first aid; helping Hospitality, Uniforms, and MIB during games; ensuring all students are picked up after activities; and reminding students of band rules/procedures (in a positive manner) when needed.

Uniforms: Jamie White & Jenni Johnson 

Assist with uniform fittings, small alterations such as hemming, and uniform collection at the end of the season; help with uniform closet; distribute and collect uniforms at each game or competition; distribute and collect plumes during games and competitions.

Hospitality: Pamela Williams

Help prepare and serve food during band camp (food is provided, just help warming or preparing and delivering food to the school), serve dinner to the students before away games, and to decorate for the banquet and other events.

Fundraising:

• Fundraising Sales: Iuliana Scott
• Assist in organization, communication, and encouraging participation in current fundraising efforts; brainstorm and develop new fundraising opportunities

• Sponsorship Drive/Corporate Fundraising: Jon Smalling
• Coordinates sponsorship drive and works directly with corporate fundraising for the 2025-2026 school year. Creates partnership with local and national companies to support the Wolfpack Pride.

• Concessions at North Paulding: Brent and Holly Miller
• Managing the home and visitor concession stand for all 5 Varsity football home games; purchasing, stocking, grilling, and preparing all concessions; needs 20 - 25 volunteers for each home game.

• Paulding Meadows: Jim and Jenny Hofer
• Coordinator of the food stand at the outdoor craft fair. Organizes volunteers and food for this fundraising event. 

Logistics and Pit Crew: Kevin Long, Justin Danner and Curtis Stanley

Think of logistics and pit crew as an all in one stage crew, properties construction shop, with logistics and transportation thrown in for variety! We help move any equipment needed for football games, rehearsals, camps, competitions, and concerts; build props for the shows; and haul the trailers to each performance. In need of a driver! 

Volunteer Coordinator: Heather Gilliam

Coordinates volunteers for each band event; works with families to create a positive band culture; organize volunteer opportunities in Booster Hub. 

Seniors Chair: Michelle Miller

Coordinates with Directors, Boosters, Seniors and their Parents for special activities for Seniors. 

Technology: Jamie White

Website development and social media communication. Works with Directors and Boosters to support communication.
